Holiday to Dublin

Hello everyone I just wanted to do a really quick blog post on here.

I do strongly apologise for not doing a blog post on Saturday. I had my christmas night out with my work on Saturday and had christmas dinner with my gran because I won't see her on Christmas Day.

So I thought I would show you all my photos from my trip to Dublin with my boyfriend in November.

So here it is...

    Molly Malones Statue

    The Ha'Penny Bridge

    Kilmanie Jail

Also part of the set off the original Italian Job

    Guinness Storehouse

If you ever go to Dublin I would highly recommend that you visit the Guinness Storehouse it is. Really interesting Stuart wanted to go and I would keep putting off going but I am really glad that I went. It is quite expensive to go in I would recommend that you book tickets online. If you go on one of the tour buses they give you a discount code. (We went on the red sightseeing tour bus I do believe it was about 10% off and that was in November so I would imagine it would but subject to change.)

    The Perfect Pint

In the store house on the 5th floor they have a work shop so you can get a chance to pull a pint. All you do is use your ticket and you get your own pint and a certificate and sit and have a drink in the gravity bar.

Stunning View from the Guinness Storehouse Gravity Bar.

    Temple bar

Good bars friendly people and good food but very very expensive!!

    Fleet Street Hotel

We stayed in the Fleet Street hotel just on temple bar it was really clean the maids where in changing the beds every day and they were all very friendly. Before we booked the hotel we read quite a lot of reviews on trip adviser and they were all saying it was very noisy we were in one of the rooms at the back of the hotel, we got in late at night on the Sunday night, apparently on Sunday and Monday nights are student nights.

    Hard Rock Cafe.

    My and Stuart x

Stuarts first try at Guinness he wasn't a fan :S

So everyone I hope that you enjoy my very short blog post and like looking through a few of my photos from my trip to Dublin.

Please do leave me a comment and tell me what you think and follow if you also have a blog add me on twitter and I would love to read your blog.

I hope you all have a lovely christmas, And have a nice time with friends and family

La Roche Posey Effaclare Duo

Hello everyone today I am going to be doing a review on La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo.

In my last blog post i mentioned the product La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo and that when I first started using it I was not a fan. As I have said before in previous posts that I have very sensitive skin and quite a lot of things brake my skin out. So sometimes I do read reviews on products before I put them on my skin. With the Effaclar Duo product I didn't I watched quite a few YouTube videos about skin care and the beauty girls in about 4 or 5 videos say that they use it as a beauty treatment to take away spots and brake outs and they would recommend it. I bought it about the end of last year online I will link the website bellow I do believe it was about £9.99, I have just discovered that you can buy it in Boots for the same price. When it was delivered I was so excited to try it. So I cleaned off all my make up and put it on my forehead, chin, cheeks and nose and rubbed it all over my face the instructions on the box say to use it twice a day.

On the first day I used it I was just getting rid off a brake out on my chin, so I used it for about 4 or 5 days and everyday I was weakening up with a big red spot and my face. I was putting the brake out down to my diet (I am a bit of a chocoholic) but not for a minute did I put it down to the Effaclar Duo. So I stopped eating the the chocolate and through away make up that might have been close to its expiration date I still had the same problem. I then thought I would stop using the Effaclar Duo and as soon as I did the next few days they would start to disappear. So I tucked it away in my beauty drawer and didn't bother about it.

Then about 4 months ago when I was cleaning out the drawer I came across it and thought I would give it one last try before I threw it away. I am really glad I did not through it away because when I started using it again, it took away my brake out that I had, it made my skin look clear and took away any scaring that I had round the spot area.

To this day I still have no idea why the La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo broke my skin out the first time I used it. The only thing I can think of is it might be hormones. Now I have almost finished my first tube and I bought my second tube today I probably have about 6 more uses left (3days).

As always I hope you enjoyed reading my review on the La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo product. If there is any products that you would like to know about or would like to see a review on then please do let me know.

Night Time Skin Care Routine.

Hello everyone well I told you all that I will be doing my Night Time Skin Routine so here it is. Hope you have time it's a long one.

First I will use my Simple Radiance Brightening wipes. I like these ones because there is a texture to them so I feel it cleans most of the dirt out of my face then I will use MAC cleanse off oil to take the majority off my eye make up off because as I have said in earlier posts I wear waterproof mascara which is quite hard to get it off. Then rinse it off with warm water.

    Simple Radiance Brightening Wipes

    MAC Cleanse Off Oil

After that I will use a face scrub I use two different scrubs I will use the St. Ives Apricot Invigorating Scrub and The Body Shop Vitamin C Microdermabrasion. I will use the St. Ives one on the days I have make up on because it is quite abrasive the beads in it a large and as you rub it into the skin and add water it turns into a milky consistancy the wash it off with some warm water. Then the days I useTthe Body Shop one is the days that I don't really wear a lot of make up. I will use this one in the same way as the St. Ives again rinse with warm water and gently pat my face dry.

    Body Shop Vitamin C Microdermabrasion
    St. Ives Apricot Invigorating Scrub

I will then use a cleancer the one I like to use is Cetaphil. I will just wet my face, the Cetaphil that I use is in the biggest bottle and it comes with a pump on top, I use 2-3 pumps rub it in my hands and rub it all over my face. Then once again rinse my face and pat dry with a clean towel or cloth.

    Cetaphil

Then I use my magic like bottle of water Bioderma. I talk a lot more detail in my last post. I will soak a cotton pad with it and gently wipe it across my face you can use it over you eyes I usually use this to take off the rest of my mascara. Then I will just repeat it and go down my neck.

    Bioderma Sensibio

This next product is hydroluron. It is a clear serum I put about a pea size amount on to my clean finger and put a dot on my forehead, cheeks, chin and nose then gently rub in, in small circular motions then wait until it drys I tend to stand like an idiot and fan my face with my hands.

    Hydraluron
This next product I will do a post on it in much more detail as when I first started using it I did not like it at all the product is La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo. I will really only use the Effaclar duo on my days that my skin is broken out. I do the same prosses and the hydroluron put about a pea size a amount on clean fingers on my forehead, cheeks, chin and nose rub it all in.

    La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo

Then it is on to my under eyes. I use Kiehl's Creamy Avocado Under Eye Cream. I have only just started using this cream for about 2 weeks I can't really say I have noticed any diffrence. But I strongly believe give a product/item at least a months trial before making a decision. Not really much to say on how to apply this product but to use a small amount under the eye and dab in with my ring finger as it is the softest touch finger.

    Kiehl's Creamy Avocado Eye Treatment

Now onto the last few items...

For my lips in the winter my lips dry up and having oily skin everywhere else on my face at first I didn't know how to deal with it. I would bite my lips to pull the dead skin off then my lips would bleed. So I needed a product to prevent me from doing that. So I use lush sugar scrub take a small amount rub it on my lips and it just softens and prepares my lips for lip balm.

    Lush Popcorn Lip Scrub

Again same as the La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo I only use when I have a spot that has appeared Lush Grease Lightning. I use a small amount on my clean finger and dab it onto my spot. It is a nice product it has thyme and tea tree so you feel it getting to work straight away.

Lush Grease Lightning Tea Tree Cleanser

Now finally my last product that I use is Maybeline Baby Lips Peppermint SPF20. Not that I need lip protection whilst I sleep but I like the taste of peppermint. I really like this product it leaves my lips hydrated and soft in the morning when I wake up.

Maybeline Baby Lips Peppermint SPF 20

So every one that is my very long Night Time Skin Routine. I hope you enjoyed it and haven't fell asleep reading it.

As always there are those all important places to fine me.

Bioderma

Hello everybody, today I am going to write a blog post on Bioderma

    Bioderma Sensibio H2O

Bioderma is a French skincare line it is basically like the most gentle, fragrance free and hypoallergenic cleanser that you can put on your face it removes make up even waterproof mascara which to me is a BIG thing!!

I have been using Bioderma since probably about March this year I had seen quite a lot of YouTube beauty girls use it I thought to myself I will give it ago I have very sensitive normal/combination skin so sometimes I am very sceptical about trying new products on my face but this product is amazing my face feels very clean when I use this. I use the product twice a day in the morning I soak a cotton pad wipe all over my face and repeat then at night before I go to my bed I do the same thing. Sometimes I am a very lazy person when it comes to cleaning my skin in the morning but this literally take about 10 seconds of my time to do it. The Bioderma has a range of different cleansers for different skin types Sensibio, Hydrabio, Sebium and their sun protection line Photoderm Bronz-sun mist SPF 50 And you can buy them in three different sizes 100ml, 250ml and 500ml and in the UK they range from £4.50 to£14.50. I have the 100ml and the 250ml I really only use the 100 ml (the one in the picture) when I am travelling or if I stay with Stuart just because it is smaller and I don't need to carry a large bottle with me. I use the Bioderma Sensibio line anyone who has used the range before it is formally known and Crealine. I am really in love with this product it does my whole skincare routine on my lazy days :D now for the down side to the product! I live in Scotland and they unfortunately do not sell it here in a shop so I need to order mine online I will post the like below where I get it from I am aware though that they have started selling it in a few selected shops in London. I will find where in London you can get it anywhere else in the world if you type into google Bioderma it should come up suppliers who can ship it to you.

As I said in my last blog post if there is any other skincare products make up or anything else you want me to try and do a review on then please do let me know in the comments or on twitter.
My next blog post will be on my full skincare routine morning and night.

And again side note my laptop is still being repaired and will not be fixed until the new year so again this post has been wrote on my iPad and the photo was taken on my phone with a bit of paper behind it because my camera will not connect to my iPad! So I do apologise for any spelling mistakes and sentenses that do not make any sence and punctuation it will have it all sorted soon I promise.

Lancôme Hypnos star mascara

Hello everyone I just wanted to do a quick little review on Lancôme Hypnose Star Mascara

First of all the packaging is incredible it has glitter and anything with glitter is good in my books.
I have been wanting to try it for quite a number of months now it was a bit pricey for me at £22.50 I thought to myself that's too much for a mascara that will only last me 6 months I am also a bit of a drugstore mascara kinda girl as long as it is a spooli brush (probz not proper term the one that is not plastic) I am quite happy but I was out with my mum last week getting Christmas presents and I went into boots to buy other bits and pieces went to the Lancôme counter and the girl Anna was fantastic every question about the product she had an answer for. I was just planing on buying just the mascara and she said that for the same price I should get the set which comes with the mascara, eye liner and eye make up remover. She also said that is I spend another £8.50 I would get a beauty case for £30 which is normally retails at around £110 I am a massive sucker for a bargain. Back to the actual product when I got home I tried it without curling my eyelashes it is fantastic, separates the lash puts a lovely curl in them and very subtle I find that sometimes with mascara it clumps at the side and you need to go in for a second coat I am a very busy person and having to do that takes up too much of my time to be honest. So all in all I am very pleased with this product I would 100% recommend the Lancôme Hypnose Star Mascara to anyone and everyone. If there is any products the you want to know what they are like then please do let me know I enjoy getting new skin care and make up products and try them out and see what my skin likes so leave me a comment or even on my twitter page if there is anything you would like me to review.

I have also just done this blog post on my iPad as my laptop is being repaired and I can not get the photo of the mascara at the top of the page so it is right down there at the very bottom. So I hope you enjoy reading my first review on my blog. Please do follow me on Twitter and Instagram I do love looking at all your photos and liking them. Goodbye until next time.
