Spring Essentials!

 Hello Everyone,

I do hope that you are all keeping safe and well,

As you can tell by the title this is my Spring Essentials!

1. Face SPF, really you should wear sunscreen all year round as the rays from the sun can reflect onto you skin even in the snow.

The one that I use is the La Roche Posay Anthelios Shaka Tinted Fluid. it gives you just a little bit of colour but also protects your skin.

2. Lip Scrub, My favourite lip scrub is an old favourite which is the Lush Mint Juleps, it literally tastes like Mint Chocolate Chip ice-cream its amazing.

Due to the change in season and central heating I always find that my lips become chapped and can be quite sore, I use this morning and night you can either lick it off or use a cloth to wash it away.

3. Lip Balm, To be honest a lip balm should be an all year round staple, once I have used the lip scrub I will be sure to use a good amount of lip balm to keep my lips hydrated.

There is a lot of really good Lip Balms to use, but my all time favourite has got to be the Body Shop Vitamin E Lip Balm as it helps to keep my lips soft and hydrated throughout the day.

4. Moisturiser, I can't repeat this enough Moisturise, Moisturise, Moisturise. like wise with your lips you skin can also become super dry as well.

The best all round moisturiser that I have found is the Welda Skin food Light, you can use this all over your body including your face.

5. Tanning Water, my favourite one is the Utan x Jamie Genevieve I am now on my second bottle its amazing and the scent just makes me fell calm it is infused with CBD and Scottish Lavender Oil.

Personally I have found that this has been helping to clear up my skin as I have had quite a lot of breakouts due to wearing Face Masks.

6. Hand Cream, my last essential is hand cream, particularly in the current situation we are all using hand sanitiser a lot more often I have found that my hands have become extremely dry.

The best hands cream that I have found is the Soap and Glory Hand Food. Personally I do find that the Soap and Glory Hand Food

So everyone, that is my Spring Must Haves, I hope that this may help you in some way. Have you tried any of the products or is there anything else that you would say is an essential for moving into the Spring months let me know in the comments.

If you like this post please give me a love as it would be much appreciated and it shows me that you like this type of content.

Guess who's back? back again.

Hello everyone!!

I hope that you are all staying safe and well through what seems like a lifetime of lockdown.

It is strange to think that this time last year we were all living our best lives and had no idea what was just around the corner.

We are almost there you can almost smell the sun tan lotion, see your friends and feel the warm hug from loved ones.

Hang on in there the light at the end of the tunnel is fast approaching and in a few years to come we will all forget what it was like to live in a lockdown. I want to express my condolences to anyone who has lost a loved one throughout this time as I can only imagine how hard that must be.

Check in with people you haven't heard from in a while you never know how much that "Hi, how are you?" could brighten or change someones day, be kind to each other we are not all in the same boat but we are all in the same ocean, some peoples boats are smaller than others and need an extra paddle.

Moving on from COVID, Lockdown and The News, It has been brought to my attention that I have not written a blog post in 4 years. Yes 4 years. My last post was published on the 5th January 2017.

We are in a whole new decade!!

A little round up of the last 4 years -

We moved out of our first flat, Moved to a new house on the opposite side of the city then moved again a bit closer to family, I unfortunately lost my 2 grans within 18 months which was quite hard, Stuart Proposed in New York totally unexpected!! there is a bit of a story to that one which I can make as a full post if you would like to read it comment bellow if you would like me to do that. I turned 30 in february last year just a few weeks before the Pandemic hit, my family arranged a surprise party for me and it was amazing I loved every minute of it. Then in November after 14 years of working in my old job I hung up my shirt for the last time and moved onto a new job. I miss my old work colleagues but I still hear from them.

Honestly not much has changed in the last few years, which is good for me and I don't like change, I just like things how they are.

As I haven't written a blog in a long time, I have a lot more time on my hands so I want to keep up with the blogging again as it is something that I enjoy doing.

I plan on keeping up to date with the blogging and plan on putting a post up maybe twice a week. I have a few ideas on what I want to do but please if you have any suggestions please let me know.

If you enjoyed this post please give me a love it would we much appreciated.

as always

Mucho Love
